Horrible. This is way too pricey for what you get. I came here on a Sunday and they only charge dinner prices on Sunday. It was $33 for me and my boyfriend, and they charge $3 for a drink. This costs more than a college dining hall!! Shouldn't the $15/person include the drinks? The food isn't really that good. It's bland and a mess. It also seems like they don't refill any of them either.
The employees don't tie their hair up (especially women) and don't wear hair nets. I was so disgusted. They were pushing carts around the buffet. None of the employees seemed to care about how dirty the restaurant floor and the bathrooms are as well.
I'm very disappointed in this place and would love a health inspector to check it out.Helpful 1Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0Business owner information

Absolutely awful. We have literally said we would never go back, and have. Decided to give it a second chance, and third chance. They will never get a 4th chance.
Stay away..go to the grocery store and cook at home.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 1Oh no 0 - Gayle S.Annville, United States849Jun 29, 2019
So my husband and I were out shopping and decided to stop here for dinner. You are supposed to seat yourself which is fine with me except it was hard to find a table that was clean. The buffet was mediocre and a little bland. The staff is overworked and overwhelmed. You have to inspect your silverware and plates with caution because remnants of the last persons meal was still intact. I think the final straw for me was when the cieling air vent over the buffet dripped onto my plate. It was time to go and we will never go back. Yuck!

My first question to myself is why did I come here? My 5 year old daughter wanted to come here and I should have put my foot down and said no. There was a very pungent smell when we walked in which was a very big turn off but we still decided to stay (why I dont know). The woman who took our order was very unpleasant. She never smiled once nor did she say hello when I did. We walked through the place and our shoes stuck to the floor as if they had never been mopped or cleaned. The food was okay with the saving grace being their desserts (hence the two stars). Btw, do not use the bathroom! It smells like pee (literally) and it is just disgusting. We will definitely not be returning to this particular OCB.

Where do I begin? This place is ridiculous. We walked in and the hostess was rude and acted as if we had woke her from a nap. She wasn't dressed appropriately for a restaurant. Then the food was bland. Most of the food was missing. There were several employees but only 3 of them were actually doing any work. Most were socializing with one another or sitting at the tables playing on their phone. So if you're hungry I suggest you save your money and stay home and eat a bologna sandwich and some potato chips. It will taste better and save your money. We used to have an Old Country Buffet near our home years ago. The food was actually good. So when we spotted this place while in PA we were excited but this place is not worth the time or money.

Saturday afternoon you'd figure several selections of meats along with many choices of trimmings to go with it. Either chicken (breading extremely hard) short ribs (rubbery) popcorn shrimp (smaller then a dime and tons of breading to look bigger)or fish squares (was bitter). Meal was a total bust. Good corn bread and water, other then that I'll never go back. Worst buffet I've ever experienced.

All the food was great that we enjoyed. The Salad was awesome and the steak was even more amazing. It was so tender we had to get seconds! Also the fried chicken was great too. The service was friendly and she (Steph) was also very attentive on taking away the dirty plates. We will always return to this OCB!

To the person saying old Country Buffet is going down hill I agree. To the person saying if you like old people and mediocre food that is not right to say you might get old someday. It is Apparent they have not done any remodeling since they opened. The food is quite tasteless. It has been 6 month since we eaten there and just made up my mind there are better places out there for the same money or less.
I hope they read the reviews and realize they need to do some major changes or get new management to turn things around.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 2Oh no 0 - Leslie S.Harrisburg, United States47Jun 29, 2017
Great family type place to eat, most of the food is really good but some just need a little more seasoning or flavor to be added. I come here to eat sometimes during the weekend with family and really like the food, they only thing they need is a little more variety of food and drinks but above all else it's the best buffet place around.

Old Country Buffet is just a shell of its former self. It's no wonder the one in Lancaster closed. I think the only thing that is unchanged here is the Fried Chicken which is still enjoyable. The rest of the food, it's just not as good. In fact they didn't even have the hot fudge sundae cake I used to love. So when I got the red velvet cake, I was expecting something good, but instead the cake was a lie because it was dry in the middle. So I will say this about the place, at least its food. Probably will not come back to this one.
