Been here twice in the past 2 months. This location had the items I was looking for when the Walmart didn't. The shelves are stocked and the building is neat and clean.
I was unsure of Target's corporate political views. Retailers should stay out of all politics.
I will continue to patronize this location.

Dressing rooms are a mess. They need to get people back there because there was clothes everywhere! I do like the location of this target. It's nestled in a shopping center with plenty of other shops around.

Waste of time and space. There is a perception that Target is a step up from Walmart products, although both stores sell many of the same items.

The big problem with this and other Targets is no one seems to work there. It's a game of hide and go seek. I did read on Reddit about some guy in Target and trying to help some woman. She got mad because he didn't know where stuff was and wasn't very helpful. He said "Lady, I don't work here." So, never wear khaki pants and a red shirt or you'll be chased around the store.

I was looking for a specific item, a place card holder like you might see at a banquet or dinner. Although, I really wanted it to put appointment cards on to keep track of them and business cards. Didn't have it. No bother, no problem. But, I couldn't find anyone working there.

Since it was a slow day and I had a little time on my hands, I literally walked the store to find someone, anyone who worked there. Walked to the back doors and looked through the window, could see nor hear anyone. I walked the departments looking for the red shirts. None to be found.

Finally I found some guy doing some stocking or something way up front. And he tried to help me. He even looked up online or maybe they have an in store inventory to find out that this item is something that they didn't stock or have. But, he agreed, clever use of it to hold appointment cards.

When I was leaving, I did see two guys in red shirts in the frozen foods. Either they were stocking or dressed like that to load up and shop lift. What a clever idea. No one would notice a red shirt walking out the door with pricey stuff.

But, before I left, I did see a woman and asked her if she worked there. Yes, she said she was the manager. Very nice looking woman, very professional, the kind of woman who looked to be a good example of a succession woman in business.

I told her how I had spent about twenty minutes just looking for employees, any employee with little success. She apologized and said most were at lunch. I explained, in a calm tone, that Target was heading down the same path as K Mart a few years ago.

Every time I went there for a specific item, either they didn't have it or was out of it. After the third time, I stopped going and wasting my time. I told her people would do the same thing at this store and simply stop coming here when they can't find what they're looking for or anyone to assistance. Then they will wonder why sales are down at this store.

She looked puzzled and saddened by me telling her these things that were making sense to her. That's when she said most employees were off to lunch. Now, I don't know if that's true or not but if so, it doesn't show very good manager skills to have the majority of the help going to lunch at the same time.

On the whole, this is a new shopping center that is aging badly. Dick's Sporting goods moved out which was no big loss but the design is somewhat dumb in trying to navagate the main road, a secondary road and then trying to go back three blocks to get to a store that you can see but have to go through hoops to actually park near.

I can imagine the conversation and how this shopping center came to be. I can just see some contractors/builders sitting around one Saturday night, drinking beer and shot of vodka. Then someone says "let's build a shopping center complex in the worst part of town!" To which, the group jumped up and shouted "Hoorah!!!" Let's do it!" And, then one or two promptly threw up.

For the time it took me to search for an employee, I could have driven to Warner Robbins and that Target, found an employee, found what I wanted or told they don't have it and been half way back to Macon.

Save your time and gas. Go somewhere else. For the prices they charge, about 8% to 10% higher than Walmart, I fail to see how they can keep the doors open unless it's to loose money so that they don't pay taxes.

This review is solely based on customer service. Which is terrible at this location!! The only time I see associates are when they are stocking shit. When I go to check out there is like 2 lines open. I know how big the store is, but they do have customers daily, so they need at least 3 lines open. Anyway, I go to checkout and either the lines are packed or the associate jumps off their register as if they don't want to fucking work. Do your JOB! If you see a customer heading to your line then check them out, even if your damn break is coming up. This happened to me twice at this location. The bitch checked out a customer and then jumped her ass off the register when I headed up to her line. I went to another checkout line and she was also checking out a customer. Now I worked in customer service and I know what face means what. The bitch had an expression like, why are you coming over here. She then opened up her mouth to say, She will check you out over there. I rolled my eyes and went to the other line. Remember before her, the other associate jumped off her register like it had a disease. So I finally got checked out. If this happens again I'm filing a complaint and then I won't purchase anything else from this location. The associates are fucking lazy. ALSO, this older black woman in the customer service area has the worse attitude.

This store is closed for good. We'll have to go to Warner Robins if we want to shop at Target.

Really needs to be updated and a good deep cleaning! Sometimes it seems to be out of sale items and you have to go through the rain check process. The earlier you arrive the better. Not the best area! Hopefully we get a super target one day

This is a sad Target that looks like it's from the early 80's. It needs a serious update from it's sterile flooring and lighting. There weren't that many customers there, but they were overwhelmed in the checkout lines with only 1 staff member running the registers. They were slow to react before getting someone else up there.

Walked into the bathroom and they where so nasty. I would not even let me dog go in there. Went to tell someone at the service desk and it was like they did not care. The people that work in this store are rude and very disrespectful. I will never come back into this store. They need to close it down. Never seen something this bad!
