      Went to BrandsMart USA to check TV's for my bedroom and I was overwhelmed by a lot of different brand and sizes of TV's and a huge selection of home appliances and housewares, home theater, desktop computers, laptops and tablets, cameras, air conditioner, fridge, washer and dryer and a lot more. They are one of the lowest price electronic retailers as they always have promotion, discounted and clearance items. Fast service and check out too! Check it out!

      Bought a dryer from them about a year ago with warranty. The dryer broke and I asked them to repair it since it's under warranty, but I'm still waiting to hear back from them. They keep telling me to wait while they get approval.

      Today I have had the worst possible customer service, we were at the BrandsMart USA store, which is at 16051 S Dixie Hwy, Miami, FL 33157. We were attended by the Manager Timmy Roberts, this Mr. He did not give us any solution to the problem we had of the mishandling of a replacement guarantee by the store, his words were only limited to "I can't do anything" and he almost called us liars. It is UNACCEPTABLE that a Manager has such a negative attitude in customer service...

      GOD SAVE AMERICA!!!

      Horrible repair service. Called me the night before with the time window of 7-12, I said yes and took time away from my schedule. The day of service I missed a call at10:42, called back within 10 min and found out my repair had been cancelled. Horrible customer support.

      Across from Dadeland Mall, 7260 N Kendall Dr, Kendall, FL 33156 not especifically this store, but five below and Old Navy as well. Be aware that the mall owner lack business acumen and if you park in thiese businesses parking lot, yoircar may be towed anf cost you $145 and two miles far to get it back. This was a wrong decision ad will never go to sny of these stores, or mall in my lie. If I were you, will never go here either, unless you want your purchase have a mark up of $145.

      I purchased a washer and dryer on 5/16/24 and purchased the warranty for 4 years. I contacted the warranty & filed a claim on 12/6/22 - RO #: 7781926-00, Prime appliance was sent out and took pictures and advised that they needed approval from Brandsmart to proceed with repair and I did not hear anything back. Again, I had to file a new claim on 6/10/23 - RO #: 9040385-00. Again Prime appliance was sent out (same person) and took pictures and told me I had to wait for Brandsmart to approve my request. I reach out to tech from Prime Appliance who told me they had not heard back from Brandsmart regarding approval. Continue to call and check online with no resolution. I have an elderly mother & need a functioning washing machine. Can any please HELP!!!!!!!!

      They don't live up to what they promise. I was told at the time of my purchase of a 77-inch Sony TV that they would return the taxes I was charged. They never did. I emailed the store manager, Jose, several times, and he completely ignored my emails for almost two weeks. Finally, he called me one day and said he'd take care of it and call me back when it was done. I am still waiting for that call. He NEVER took care of it and NEVER called me back, not even after I followed up with him by email. Don't trust these folks to live up to what they tell you they'll do AFTER you've bought something. We have a tax exemption from the state of Florida, and they never honored it. I will not do business with these folks again.

      worse costumer service experience ever i will need to get a lawyer so i can get my money back they completly ignore you and screw you every step they can i want my money back i purchased a fridge they rescheduled the delivery for over 3 weeks and ive been trying to cancel it and ignore all calls emails chat.

      doubt theyll even acknowladge this message.

      Today I had a delivery driver, Ivan Padilla, for an appliance that was in an extreme rush and said he was running late. Refused to wait the five minutes for my building's service elevator to be available and said he would just drop off my appliance in the building's loading dock. Was very aggressive and threatening, trying to force me to sign the delivery paper work without my being able to inspect my appliance first. In addition to the delivery and behavior being unacceptable and hostile, he did not even attempt to pick up the old dishwasher, another service for which I paid for.

      When I called the BrandsMart's customer service department, the manager there told me I would need to pay for another pick up since this pick up was not completed. Ridiculous to even think that a customer who received such bad service should ALSO have to pay for a repeat due to their delivery employee not completing their job.

      I had to call several more times between 11A and 4P before finally getting a hold of a manager who was supposed to have called me since I initially reported this incident in the morning. The delivery manager, Zico Kelly, was very dismissive and did not seem to believe what I was telling him happened this morning. He said the delivery driver told him that the service elevator was not reserved when I reserved it myself last Friday and there are several building staff that can confirm this in addition to serving as witness to the delivery driver's aggressive and threatening behavior.

      This delivery was mishandled from beginning to end and the lack of accountability for mistreatment of customers seems to extended from the front live delivery drivers to the management staff.

      Avoid this dump. Can you believe with half the store on a second floor, the elevators and escalators were not working? That's crazy! No handicap shoppers can access the 2 floor. One has to climb up broken escalators to the really high second floor. They claim they are out of order. I believe they are just trying to save electricity. Disgusting! This is the USA. How can this happen in this country ? Don't support this kind of behavior. Do not shop here.
