I was there yesterday to have a pendant attached to a chain, for my wife and the young female sales person was rude and obnoxious.
I simply wanted to know if they could attach the pendant and she proceeded to make unwanted and unnecessary comments about the jewelry.
When I told her that I didn't come for her evaluation on the jewelry, I simply wanted to know the cost and time needed.
She gave me a ridiculous price and an expected lead time of two weeks. Seemed like a total ripoff to me !!piDfi6-qyksyx-depvaj
I would never recommend this store.
That sales person should be terminated immediately
And then in response, the store had the audacity to support the obnoxious sales person
It's no surprise that this store is going out of business !!
They literally chase their customers away !

I actually gave my associate a bonus for having so much patience with someone as rude as yourself. You came in asking for a repair and when my associate tried to identify the type of metal the item was, you became belligerent and used phrases like, "You don't have to know what it's made of just tell me the price" and "I don't need to hear your knowledge just tell me how much." I have security cam footage with sound recording. Because she couldn't properly identify the piece, she gave you a price as if it was 18k gold. Next time, and thankfully there won't be one, try not to be such a misogynistic jerk to someone who just wanted to give you a great experience and price the repair you were requesting appropriately. Take care.

High quality jewelry, and excellent customer service. Jessica is a gem herself, who is familiar with all her customers and is always friendly and professional.
I love each piece we have bought from here! I love that you can also design your own pieces, something my husband did for me with a ring. They also by gold, for those who are interested.
