Roberge Fine Jewellery

we got married Nov 1990. we got my engagement ring and a few other items from Roberge jewellers that was located in Northgate shopping mall in Edmonton. Today I found out that he sold us cubic Zirconium instead of diamonds. He /Greg/was looking into our eyes as he was being dishonest explaining diamonds in my ring. We were a couple of students, trusting a so called professional. So very disappointed

My fiancee bought my engagement ring from here, and this morning I find that one of my diamonds has fallen out of the band! I have heard horror stories of jewelery stores making you pay for them to fix your ring, etc making it incredibly difficult! So I phoned first and talked to a lady by the name of Marion who was pleasant and concerned about my ring and told me to bring it in as soon as it was possible for me and they would fix it up no problem. I got to the mall where I was greeted by the ladies with smiling faces and good conversation. They said they would have the diamond replaced, ring re-sized as it was to big, and all cleaned up in a week with no charge! The most hassle free time I have ever had with an item! Love this place!!! Oh and also you get free cleaning of your ring once a month!

This jeweler is a cut above! From the moment I first was recomended to see Greg & Candy I heard nothing but good things of how they take care of thier clients, which was a breathe of fresh air. There was ZERO pressure, over and above service and I had been to pretty much every large Jewelry chain prior and dreaded each experience. Not only did they take the time to educate me on diamonds and the "C's" but on their process where everything is from and how it arrives in their showcase. They not only over delivered on the engagement ring I purchased, they went far above and beyond with our wedding bands as well! I cannot express how amazing these folks are at what they do, both my fiancee and I are guaranteed customers for life.
